No Ownership of Content
Aura Movies does not own, produce, license, or distribute any of the films, television series, trailers, or other media accessible through this platform. All titles, artwork, posters, descriptions, and associated intellectual property belong exclusively to their respective copyright holders, including studios, distributors, and individual creators.
Aura operates solely as a content discovery and aggregation interface. We display publicly available metadata sourced from third-party databases and do not host, store, upload, or transmit any video files. We make no claim of ownership over any media content.
Content Source
All content available on Aura is publicly available. Aura aggregates and presents this content through a clean discovery interface. We do not produce, license, or take ownership of any titles, posters, artwork, or associated intellectual property displayed on the platform.
DMCA Safe Harbor
Aura Movies complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and responds promptly and in good faith to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. As a service provider that does not host or control third-party content, Aura qualifies for safe harbor protections under Section 512(c) of the DMCA.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action — including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and, where applicable, notifying the affected user.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that content accessible through Aura infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL on Aura)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send notices to: dmca@auramovies.top
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant seeks a court order.
Abuse Policy
Aura does not allow users to upload or host media content, so the traditional concept of a repeat uploader infringing copyright does not apply. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse of the platform, submission of bad-faith DMCA counter-notices, posting infringing user-generated content such as comments, or other violations of our terms of service.
